This is for custom t-shirt design. Custom orders are unique designs created for you.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select t-shirt size
2. Select t-shirt color
3. Indicate personalization (i.e. name or different t-shirt color)
4. Describe the t-shirt design (i.e. what do you want on your shirt)
5. Upload image (if applicable, sorry no copyrighted images)
6. At checkout, please include your email address. This is the email we will use to contact you to confirm and finalize your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Custom orders have a turnaround time of 2 weeks. Once your order is placed you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm the specifics of your order. If you need your order rushed, please message us at info@camillescustomcreations.com before placing your order so that we can ensure we can accommodate.
SHIPPING
Once your t-shirt is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Please note that as soon as the t-shirt has left our hands we are no longer responsible for your t-shirt. In the event your t-shirt arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 48 hours, after that point we will proceed with your order unless otherwise determined and at the discretion of the business owner. There are no REFUNDS on custom orders so its imperative you keep in touch with us when we send updates about your order to ensure your t-shirt is designed exactly how you want it.
RUSH ORDERS
Orders that wish to be rushed can be finished in as early as one week. A Rush fee of $20 will be charged for this service and it is only available if we can accommodate based on volume of current orders. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order if your order will need to be rushed.
